Methodology

How an engagement actually runs.

Three engagements — Assess, Build, Enable — expanded into six concrete steps. Each one ends with a deliverable your team owns, not a slide deck you file away.

Assess
Steps 1–2 · Discovery & Readiness
Build
Steps 3–4 · Strategy & Pilot
Enable
Steps 5–6 · Rollout & Handover

Discovery

I learn how your business actually operates — the workflows, the bottlenecks, the informal knowledge. No AI talk yet; just understanding what you do and where the friction is.

Output

A shared map of your operations and the highest-friction points.

Readiness

A structured audit across the three foundations: data organisation, process clarity, and team readiness. This is where I tell you honestly whether you're ready — and if not, what to fix first.

Output

A go/no-go recommendation with a prioritised readiness plan.

Strategy

We prioritise use cases by value and feasibility, select tools (vendor-neutral — I don't resell anything), and architect the workflows around how your people already work.

Output

A costed roadmap and a workflow architecture your team signs off on.

Pilot

We build one real workflow end to end, with a measurement framework attached from day one. Small enough to move fast, real enough to prove value.

Output

A working pilot and a baseline you can measure against.

Rollout

Role-specific training and hands-on enablement so adoption is earned, not imposed. The people who use the system help shape the last mile of it.

Output

Teams using the system in their real work, with support in place.

Handover

A 90-day review, documentation your team owns, and a clear plan for what comes next. I engineer myself out of the picture — that's the point.

Output

Independent operation, a 90-day review, and a forward plan.

Every engagement starts the same way.

A 30-minute conversation where I tell you honestly whether I can help.
